Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and accommodating, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and elegant, and we especially enjoyed the private waterfalls and the pool experience. The location was great, as it was conveniently located near local waterfalls and attractions. We also really appreciated the small party hall for our family gathering. great value for money and a good choice for any small parties or family gatherings.

While we had a great time, there were a few downsides. We were expecting more local items on the breakfast menu, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful natural waterfall, a clean and elegant pool, and even a small party hall. The location was perfect, with nearby attractions such as waterfalls and gardens. The rooms were spacious, neat, and elegant, and the food was delicious.

the location was nice with nearby attractions like waterfalls and the river. the rooms were spacious and elegant, however, the bathroom cleanliness was not satisfactory. the staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent. the pool area was superb and the private waterfall was a unique advantage.

The options available for different activities were limited.

Spending Christmas at this resort was simply fantastic! the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we were satisfied. the food was delicious and there were lots of great options to choose from. We also loved the activities offered like river trekking and fishing, in such a beautiful surrounding. the location was perfect, very close to natural attractions, like waterfalls and river gardens.

Sometimes the advertised food from the menu was not available and service in the restaurant was slow.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location of the hotel away from the main road made it peaceful and relaxing.

Breakfast delights, but could have been improved with a wider variety.

During my recent business trip to Athirappilly, my director chose the Athirapally Green Trees resort for our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel was the in-house spa, where I was able to pamper myself with a range of relaxing treatments. It was the perfect way to rejuvenate my body and mind after a long day of business meetings. the hotel also had a swimming pool and a spa, providing a perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation throughout our stay.

There was one minor issue that affected our overall experience.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here were extremely courteous and always went above and beyond to meet any requests I had. The breakfast was delicious and the calm and peaceful set up of this place made it even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the activities they arranged, like the river trek. It was absolutely amazing to spend time in the nearby river. The staff truly made me feel well cared for and the bed was so comfortable with great bedding and a super mattress.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Amazing value, beautiful hotel and rooms, new and nice, amazing breakfast and staff, good location. Staff polite and humble, smooth check-in and check-out, nice stay, mountain and waterfall view, arranged birthday celebration.
